Poly-Cotton Shirting

The workhorse of uniform shirting. The 65/35 polyester-cotton blend combines the wrinkle resistance and dimensional stability of polyester with the comfort and breathability of cotton, producing a shirt fabric that looks presentable through a full shift with minimal ironing.

The easy-care finish reinforces that behaviour: shirts wash, dry, and return to shape quickly, which matters for uniform programs where garments cycle through frequent laundering. Colour consistency is held tight across lots, so a reorder six months later matches the shirts already in the field.

Available in a standing range of uniform solids (white, sky blue, grey, beige) with custom shade development on minimum order quantities. Large stock positions maintained for volume buyers.

A 2/1 twill construction gives this shirting a fine diagonal surface and noticeably more body than a poplin of the same count. The extra substance suits workwear and utility shirts that need to stand up to daily industrial use, and uniform programs specified for cooler climates.

The 65/35 blend holds its shape and colour through repeated industrial washing, and the twill structure hides minor soiling better than a flat plain weave, keeping shirts presentable between washes.
